Refund policy

If you are unhappy with the product you have received you may return it within 30 days for a refund. We will refund the price of the product in full, and any basic delivery charges you originally paid for the item, this does not include Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Next Day Courier postage options. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please email us if you would like to return a product and all return details will be provided.

If the product you have received is faulty you can choose whether you would prefer a replacement or receive a refund, we will send you a prepaid return label for the return of the product in this case.

We will refund your payment using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

European Union customers are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.
