Shipping policy
All orders received Monday to Friday will be posted out within 24 hours. Most orders received before 1pm will be posted out on the same day, however orders received after 1pm will be posted out the next working day.
All items posted within the UK will either be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class or Courier (extra charges apply).
Items sent to all other countries will either be sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
Domestic UK Delivery
- Free DPD Courier 1 Day Mon-Fri for all orders over £150
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked 2-3 Days Mon-Sat £3.75 (Up to 2kg)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked 1-2 Days Mon-Sat £4.95 (Up to 3kg)
- DPD Next working day Courier 1 Day Mon-Fri £8.50 (Up to 15kg then 90p for each extra 3kg)
- DPD Saturday Delivery 1 Day Saturday £15.00 (Up to 15kg then 90p for each extra 3kg)
* Express Courier option is only for UK mainland, does not include highlands or islands.
Europe Delivery
Royal Mail Airmail delivery time is 3-7 working days.
- Up to 10kg - £14.00
- Up to 20kg - £28.00
- Up to 30kg - £42.00
- Up to 40kg - £56.00
- Up to 50kg - £70.00
Rest of the World Delivery
Royal Mail Airmail delivery time is 5-12 working days
- £50 flat fee. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Customs and Import Charges
If you order any of the products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
